2. How and where to find good deals.  How to analyze them properly...And how to make money NOW and LATER on every deal:

You probably have heard someone say 'once it's on the market, it's too late'.  That is partly true.  I do have several strategies I teach to find great deals on the market, either by being the first to them, or by knowing how to turn an average deal into a great deal...But the best deals are typically the ones you find 'off market' or before they're being openly advertised for sale.  We focus on how to find these deals in Pillar II.  Also, and very important for most people to keep the ball rolling and grow steadily, I show people how to make money NOW and LATER on every deal!

3.  UNLIMITED funding:  Strategies for sustainable acquisition:

With the exception of the Ultra Rich (We're talking Oprah or Bezos here), in most cases, using your own money for all of your deals isn't a sustainable Real Estate Investment business model.  Even with $1,000,000 in the bank or more, once you start putting the traditional 25-30% down on investment properties, you will eventually run out of money.  My Coaching will show you how to fund as many deals as you can find, in a sustainable way where you can rinse and repeat.

4. Scaling and operating a portfolio of Passive Income producing assets:
